Reflections is where I post my thoughts on early childhood, parenting and life. I’ve noticed that a number of early childhood principles and insights not only support children, but also nourish adults. For example, many of us crave more rhythm, predictability and grounding in our lives. The little ones benefit from it, but so can we, so I hope some of these reflections spark a desire to slow down, simplify, be present, be creative, and foster joy and connection.
